Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers
1. Watch Me Grow Productions is not responsible for any damage to files, photos, video tapes or other material submitted for DVD production.
2. All final DVD productions made by Watch Me Productions are done in a DVD-R format please make note. We cannot guarantee DVD-R will play in older equipment.
3. Watch Me Grow Productions will make a request for use of video needed for promotion and marketing and will NOT use any personal video or photos without consent of client
4. Fifty percent of contracted fee will be collected the day project begins, balance will be collected the day project is completed unless other arrangements have been made prior.
